Methods for assessing human resources and their effectiveness

In the presented article presents several ways to assess staff. They are considered as one of the most important factors when forming the strategy and mechanism of sustainable development of the company. On an example of the company LLC "Pharmassociation" evaluated parameters influencing the level of satisfaction with working conditions. It is proved that the introduction of the personnel assessment system will help to maximally adapt young employees in the organization, and those who work long ago, to stimulate to high performance.
