Object. For any business, the main goal is to get the highest possible amount of profit. Factors of its formation can be both external and internal factors. The factors of the internal environment include the structure and qualifications of personnel, marketing, Finance, level of technical equipment, organizational structure, etc.; the factors of the external environment include changes in the legal framework, the standard of living of the population, the development of science and technology, cultural values and consumer preferences, and more. The management of the enterprise is much easier to manage the internal environment than the external one. So, the indirect impact factor - competition, is one of the key indicators, and its management - a very complex process. Not only competition affects the activities of the enterprise, but the company itself as part of the market affects competition in the industry as a whole.
