Methods of evaluating the staff motivation system in teaching activities

This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the methods that are used in evaluating the motivation system of employees engaged in the field of teaching. The presence of many such methods indicates the importance of motivation, which acts as a significant factor influencing the effectiveness of teachers' work and improving the entire educational process. Current approaches to the analysis of motivational systems, including quantitative and qualitative methods, were investigated, and reasonable conclusions were drawn regarding the need to adapt motivational strategies to the needs of a particular teacher and the entire team. The research focuses on the integration of the most relevant technologies into the assessment in order to speed up the work with information and increase its accuracy. To do this, the main components of effective motivational systems in educational organizations have been analyzed, and recommendations aimed at improving them have been prepared.
