Teaching methods of physical education classes at underfilled schools

The article describes the arrangements of physical education lessons at underfilled schools and highlights methods of teaching, exemplary types of conducting extra-curricular and extracurricular physical education and health activities. The health effects of physical education lessons are shown in two aspects. First, this is the direct impact of the physical activities of the lesson on the schoolchildren's body. Second, teaching students to exercise independently during off-hour time, as the lesson and with a high motor density does not provide even the daily needs of the teenager's body for motor activity. The conclusions reflect the provision of its health-improving orientation to the methodology of teaching physical education lessons at such schools.
