This article shows the different schemes of crossing to create varieties resistant to dusty smut: simple, saturating, convergent. The results of identification of conjugation and heredity of the most important quantitative economic and biological signs of millet sowing by the method of parametric correlation are reflected. Determination of correlation dependence of productivity elements increases the reliability of selection on these valuable features. The average positive correlation association between the number of plants by germination is determined only with the safety of plants before harvesting (r=0,510; d=26). Preservation of plants for harvesting has a negative relationship with all elements of productivity. Plant height has an average positive correlation association with productivity (r = 0,566; d=32), quantity (r = 0,485; d=24%) and weight of grain per panicle (r = 0,556; d=31%). Weak coupling was observed with panicle length (r = 0.325; d=10.6%). The mass of grain from one panicle has a high positive correlation with the yield (r = 0.710; d=50%), with the number of grains in one panicle (r = 0.917; d=84%) and the average - with the height of the plant (r = 0.556; d=31%). The coefficient of determination equal to 50 and 84% shows a significant measure of the influence of the genotype on the variability of the trait. The sign of the mass of 1000 grains had a weak and average negative correlation with other elements of productivity. A significant correlation association on the basis of the number of grains in the panicle was observed with yield and reached up to r = 0.861 and d=74%. Based on the study of the conjugation of correlation relationships by parametric correlation, it should be concluded that the main elements of plant productivity appear are the number of plants by germination, plant height, the number of grains in one panicle, the mass of grain from one panicle, therefore, starting from the early stages of the breeding process, it is necessary to conduct a strict selection on these characteristics of the structure of the crop.
