Methods of pancreatoprotection during resection of the pancreas in patients with chronic pancreatitis

This article presents an analysis of the results of different variants of pancreatopro-tection in 70 patients with chronic pancreatitis who underwent resection of the pancreas. Based on the options for pancreatoprotection, all operated patients were divided into three groups. The first group (35 persons) consisted of patients who are in the postoperative period for prevention of acute postoperative pancreatitis was performed only the introduction of inhibitors of pancreatic secretion and antienzymatic drugs. The second group (15 persons) consisted of patients who, along with systemic drug therapy produced the main pancreatic duct drainage. The third group (20 persons) consisted of patients who had used all the options pancreatoprotection, including the way intraduct inactivation of pancreatic juice. The findings of the study showed that the integrated use of techniques pancreatoprotection to minimize the likelihood of a postoperative pancreatitis, and failure pancreatic-intestinal anastomosis, which improves the immediate results of surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis.
