Methods of personnel selection in the organization: problems and ways of their solution

As known, housing and utilities management is one of the most important areas of modern policy of the Russian Federation, as well as an important element of the socio-economic system. Due to the fact that municipal utilities enterprises provide services that are necessary to create a comfortable living environment for the population of Russian cities, ensuring the reliable functioning of the system of these enterprises is an important task. The article discusses the main problems that arise in the process of managing housing and communal services in a municipality, and also suggests measures to improve this management.
