Methods of political communication between the local government and the public authorities of the Krasnodar territory

The paper identifies the main methods of political interaction between the local government and the public authorities of the Krasnodar Territory in the early XXI century. On the basis of the neo-institutionalism paradigm, the normative framework of political relations is characterized. The author considers strategies and resources of the political actors, reviews the manifestations of the local political processes in the Krasnodar region, first of all, the electoral processes and the political conflicts.
