The use of physical exercises in complex therapy of bronchial asthma

The article discusses the role of physical exercise in the complex therapy of bronchial asthma (BA). The main approaches to the rehabilitation of patients, including breathing exercises, aerobic exercise and relaxation exercises, are being investigated. The results of studies confirming the effectiveness of physical exercise in reducing the symptoms of the disease, improving the functions of the respiratory system and improving the quality of life of patients are presented. The importance of integrating these methods into comprehensive treatment is also emphasized, which helps to reduce dependence on medicines and improve physical condition.
