The techniques for prevention of some postoperative complications of the hip endoprosthetics

Early postoperative complications of the hip endoprosthetics were assessed, their preventive measures were developed. It was established that the number and severity of the postoperative complications depended on the fact, how correctly the conception of treatment was planned before surgery, how competently and efficiently the surgery was performed and whether more rational anesthesia was determined. It was noted that the extent of complications could be reduced by use of sparing surgical technique, autologous hemotransfusion for blood loss compensation and central neuronal blocks as a main anesthesiological aid.
