The article discusses methods to counter personnel safety risks. The complexity and unpredictability of the current economic situation is a daily reminder that the state faces many risks. The traditional approach, according to which risk is the main problem that needs to be addressed, is no longer sufficient, and therefore, states are currently forced to spend significant resources on risk management.
