Methods of the development of the corporate management system in the agro-industrial complex of the Kyrgyz Republic

The present study is aimed at studying the main problems of the formation and development of corporate governance systems in the agro-industrial complex of the Kyrgyz Republic. The article studies and summarizes the scientific views and content of the management system of the agro-industrial complex. The state and prospects for the development of corporate governance in modern conditions are analyzed. Methods of interaction between management bodies have been defined and mechanisms have been developed to improve the corporate governance system, practical approaches to economic programming and management problems in the agro-industrial complex of the Kyrgyz Republic. In this paper, with the help of general methods of scientific cognition in various aspects, the directions and ways of management development characteristics of the current state and development of corporate governance in the agro-industrial complex are analyzed. The essence of corporate governance is proved theoretically and scientifically. The content is disclosed in its semantic, structural and functional aspects. The influence of corporate governance on the development of economic processes, such as increase of the enterprise investment attractiveness, attracting long-term investors, monetary and fiscal policy, as well as the effectiveness of the use of managerial and human resources is considered in the article.
