In the conditions of diversification need of many Russian productions, an economic crisis, action of the international sanctions before the industrial enterprises sharply there was a problem of the solution of extraordinary economic, organizational and technical tasks. Research of economic activity of the industrial enterprises from a position of business systems shows that as crossing of interests of its main participants the valuable offer as which understand not only production created by enterprise structures for the consumers, but also various technologies including business processes, production, organizational marketing technologies acts (technologies of production advance on the market, technologies of work with the market). As the perspective direction of improvement of the valuable offer the methods of the theory of the solution of inventive tasks allowing to generate decisions, eliminating everything the revealed contradictions in business systems act. In marketing activity of the industrial companies by the major directions become orientation to innovations and to values as in total it allows to reach at the same time both differentiation, and decrease in expenses.
