The Relevance of the study of business processes for corporate clients is associated with the search for opportunities to strengthen the competitive position of the Bank through the use of modern technologies to improve business processes. The article is devoted to the study of the principles and mechanisms of business process management that can improve the effectiveness of their implementation in relation to corporate clients of the Bank. The quantitative indicators of business processes, as well as the functionality of some modern business process management programs are studied. The methods of improving the Bank's business processes are studied and systematized.
