Methods of managing accounts receivable and accounts payable of a commercial organization

The article discusses methods of managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, management stages: debt management planning, organization of work on repayment of problem debts and control, a regression scale is proposed for the period of deferred payment by the client depending on the amount of debt and its use to accelerate debt turnover, as well as loyalty programs in customer relationships.
