The author considers management methods that involve the use of methods of influencing the managed object to achieve the established goals of the organization. Gives the concept of management methods. Based on the financial mechanism, the economic methods used in the organization are demonstrated. He characterizes socio-psychological methods, describing them as the embodiment of managerial influences on employees based on the application of the laws of sociology and psychology. Psychological methods play a rather significant role in working with personnel, since they are aimed at a specific employee. He considers their key feature to be the ability to direct a person to perform certain tasks by appealing to his inner world. The author calls the methods of organization management the modern part of management. Owning management methods, using modern approaches in solving strategic tasks, it is possible to achieve high results in order for the company to become effective. The author touches upon the question of the main directions of improving management methods in the organization. The purpose of the organization is to make a profit, a stable position in the market of goods and services. The work of an organization can be considered effective if it is clearly structured and regulated using management methods. In his work, the author comes to the conclusion that the use of management methods is the goal of the management function, which allows implementing management decisions to achieve the goals set. When analyzing the methods of personnel management of the company, the main thing that the author draws attention to is personnel management, which at enterprises is distinguished by the manifestation of caring for a person, formed through a system of fixed-term contracts, insignificant differentiation of career advancement, periodic training and involvement of personnel in management. Such a system is valuable for creating a sense of unity among the staff.
