In today's business environment, strategic risk management is essential for the successful functioning and development of an organization in the market. This is particularly relevant for car service centers, which face various challenges on a daily basis, ranging from technical difficulties and procurement issues to overall economic and financial instability. In the face of increasing competition and global challenges posed by the crisis and the impact of foreign sanctions, it is crucial to respond promptly to aspect-specific and integrated changes in the company's operations. This article is devoted to the development of an integrated approach to the assessment and management of the risks of car service organizations through the application of an integrated analysis of the dynamics of key indicators, the negative change of which is a risk factor affecting the operational efficiency. The paper proposes a management model based on the calculation of the average growth rates of these indicators.
