Prospects for the effective use of the production potential of the fruit and vegetable industry

The article considers the possibilities of growing and producing vegetables and fruits in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The analysis of fruit and vegetable products grown in our country, the current level of processing and, as a result, the share of processed finished products in the export potential are highlighted.
