The article deals with the possibility of applying psychological concepts to the analysis of the company's economic subsystems distinguished in the interdisciplinary theory of the company - on the example of one of the most frequently used psychological categories - the group and its forms - the staff and the teamand the team. It is shown that the use of the principles of systemic, subjective and self-determination (self-management), which were discussed in the early work, which unites the interdisciplinary concept of the firm, and the methodological principles of mental analysis that have developed in the best works of domestic and foreign psychologists-allows us to structure psychological phenomena in a certain way, «spreading» them according to the levels and spheres of analysis.
