The current state of the francophonie as an actor in international relations: problems and prospects of the francophonie

The authors consider Francophonie as an instrument of French foreign policy. They focus on the transformation of the priorities of the OIF, expanding the scope of the organization, including on the agenda: participation in sustainable development programs, maintaining stability in the French-speaking regions, strengthening the legal framework, providing access to education and new technology and the fight against terrorism.
