International trade in milk

In the period 2010-2016 there is an increase in world exports of all types of milk, with the exception of skimmed cow milk. The most intensively increases the volume of exports of whole milk, products from natural ingredients of milk, skimmed milk powder and fresh whole cow milk. The species structure of world milk exports is virtually unchanged. The largest share in exports falls on whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder is in second place, and fresh cow milk is in third place. Russia is not among the top five countries in the export of these types of milk. The leader in the export of whole milk powder is New Zealand (49.19%), fresh whole cow milk Germany (22.16%) and skimmed milk powder USA (21.03%).
