International protection of women’s rights

The article examines international legal restrictions on women's rights from violence. The European Court of Human Rights examines violence against women within the framework of the articles of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The concept of women's rights, types of rights, sources of rights and ways to ensure them are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the role of the Human Rights Committee of the Russian Federation in the promotion and protection of women's rights.
