International legal regulation of combating drug spreading

The article presents an attempt to identify and characterize the main stages of the formation and development of international legal regulation of the fight against the spread of narcotic drugs. Based on the relevance of the problem of drug addiction and drug trafficking, the authors pay attention to the importance of international cooperation, both through the adoption of international legal acts and the participation of states in international organizations.
