International legal experience of preventing the commission of crimes in relation to and (or) using personal data

The article presents the results of an analysis of certain acts of international law in the field of combating crimes committed against and (or) using personal data. It is concluded that it is necessary to adopt a single act of international law that take into account modern cyber threats.
