International cooperation of universities as the context-dependent condition of developing the scientifically-innovative potential of university tutors

Modern trends in the sphere of higher education and the qualification requirements to a university tutor intensify both scientific and innovative activities and the development of the innovative potential of the academic staff. The article explains that taking into account the importance of international activity of universities in recent years, the development of scientifically-innovative potential of tutors needs to be studied from the position of the tutor's participation in international cooperation in the context of globalization and internationalization of higher education. In this respect, it is relevant to study the process of developing the scientifically-innovative potential of university tutors in the context of international cooperation of universities. The scientifically-innovative potential of a tutor is presented as a professionally important quality of a person with the structural components being identified. The main structural components of the scientifically-innovative potential of the university tutor are: value orientations, scientifically-innovative knowledge, personal qualities and professional abilities. Particular attention was paid to highlighting and explaining the main trends in the development of the scientifically-innovative potential of university tutors. International cooperation of the university is presented as the context-dependent condition for developing the scientifically-innovative potential of the academic staff. A set of pedagogical conditions aimed at the effective development of the scientifically-innovative potential of the university tutor was revealed.
