International cooperation in the transport sphere in the conditions for the economic corridor "Russia - Mongolia - China" formation

The article discusses the issues of international trade, economic and investment cooperation between Russia, Mongolia and China within the framework of the formation program of the Economic Corridor "Russia - Mongolia - China". The main idea of this program is the possibility of combining the Eurasian Economic Union, a large-scale concept of the "Economic belt of the Silk Road" developed by China and Mongolia's idea of the "Steppe Road". In this regard, the article highlights the priorities and expediency ofparticipating in the program of the Economic Corridor of each of these countries. The participation of Mongolia in this megaproject is connected with the construction of transport corridors, communication lines and power transmission lines, energy supply routes, while acting at the same time as a transit country. The idea of China's participation in the program is connected with the creation of efficient transport and logistics systems, modernization of infrastructure and logistics aimed at developing a capacious European market for products produced in the region. The main priority of Russia's participation in the program is the formation offocal transport and industrial belts in the regions of Siberia and the Far East, an integrated infrastructure macrosystem, and as a consequence of a new technological and socio-way of life. The points of the road map of the Economic Corridor program are listed, which show that the development of transport infrastructure is that key area that causes the deepening of economic integration of the three states, creating a single Eurasian transport space. The article mentions international organizations that deal with the transport aspect of international cooperation, and their conditional classification is given. The necessity of developing a new transport strategy aimed at the formation of an integrated transport and logistics system of the Baikal region is indicated, an algorithm for its construction is given. The importance of its construction for the Baikal region was noted.
