International university cooperation as a tool for integration into the European educational process

This paper presents documents: this is the Bologna Declaration on education, which provides for the creation of a single European educational space, which is an integral part of higher professional education. It, the Sorbonne Declaration of 25 may 1998, which determined that the development of European cultural values takes place in universities. The Declaration justified the creation of the European higher education Area as a key way to promote citizen’s mobility with the possibility of their employment for the overall development of the continent. In the process they received information about entry into the common European educational and research space, an advantage of the transition to the standards of ENQA. For teachers, it''s increased mobility (internship, training in foreign universities), the development of international relations, improve the image (increase the prestige of teaching in higher education). For the student: increased mobility. International activity of the University aimed at improving the situation of the University in the higher education system of the Russian Federation and the further integration into the world educational and scientific community. This work is carried out in cooperation programs with leading foreign universities, realization of international educational programs and projects, implementation of joint research activities, organization of scientific workshops and conferences, exchange of teaching staff and development of student mobility. The prospects of international cooperation of universities, which can cover a wide range of problems facing Russian fundamental science, while much attention may be paid to global issues of interest to all mankind.
