International customs law in the system of international law

The article deals with international customs law in the system of international law. The subject of international customs law, as well as the subjects of this branch of law, have been established. In addition, the author considered the system of sources of international customs law. In his study, the author comes to the conclusion that international customs law is an independent branch of international law aimed at regulating international relations in the customs sphere.
