International BOMA standards as a compromise between the owner and the tenant

It would seem, what could be easier than to measure, say, the office. However, in the application of theory to practice is not so clear. To reach agreement between tenants and owners is no easy task. Some want to receive all the benefits for a small amount, second maximum profit at minimum cost. To achieve transparency in the relationship and to reconcile the parties intended the international BOMA standards.
