International cinema tourism as a driver for intercultural exchange and economic development

The international experience of film and tourism industries interaction is considered, the most famous film tourist sights are described. Analyzes the approach of state bodies of different countries responsible for tourism, to attract tourists through the appearance of a tourist destination on the screen. A comparison is made between foreign and Russian experience in the issue under study, highlighting strengths and weaknesses. Indicates the main factors contributing to the development of cinema tourism. The prospects for further study of this area are determined.
