International experience of anti-crisis management in projects of Russian practice

In the conditions of unstable political environment and the difficult predictability of the economic situation there is a need for the formation of a complex of measures on regulation of social and economic policy of regions of the Russian Federation, as well as the search tool for combating new threats. Many foreign countries with highly developed market economies have experienced the formation of a mechanism to prevent various types of crises. Analyzing the historical features of development and socio-economic aspects of the formation of crisis situations, we turn to the experience of these countries in order to improve the regional anti-crisis policy.
