Federalism and education

In the article some questions concerning the future of federalism are discussed. The Federal Republic of Germany is taken as an example. The necessity to bring the laws and framework conditions to conformity with contemporary conditions of relations reconsideration between federation and its subjects is proved by the author in the light of education.
