International experience in the field of training for the successful formation of personnel potential of Russian regions

The article analyses the most important mechanisms of an international experience as a basis for exploring the factors that have significant influence on the process of training for successful socio-economic development of the Russian regions. There is analyzed an international experience of some countries (USA, UK, Norway, Finland, Germany, Denmark, Czech Republic, etc.), solutions, training and consulting issues of companies in the sphere of training and raising qualification of the personnel allows to identify a number of factors that have significant influence on the process of improvement of personnel potential of Russian regions. In the article there are proposed interventions for successful socio-economic development of the Russian regions, regardless of their starting capabilities provide the necessary qualified personnel.
