Inter-party red cross in public life and law enforcement practice of pre-revolutionary Russia

Using the example of representatives of three revolutionary parties, the activities of the law enforcement system of Tsarist Russia are shown in relation to the Inter-Party Red Cross, which provided assistance to exiles and prisoners in various ways. The relative efficiency of the police, excessive bureaucratization, complicated by manifestations of corruption in the law enforcement and judicial systems are noted.
