The integration potential of various aspects of interethnic interaction in the Russian-Ugric settlement communities is considered in the text. The common life of Russian old-timers and aborigines of Ugra is understood as a phenomenon of ethnic co-existence. Constructive interethnic dynamics is produced from the "structural and functional" compatibility of ethnic components and the deconflictogenic nature of their communications.
