From the middle of the XIX century the civil ceremonies, including the public celebrations of anniversary or event character, make a positive influence on building of constructive forms of interethnic communication in the Northwest Caucasus. Regional, as well as all-Russian forms of leisure, established in the Kuban area during the post-reform period, were a significant foundation for intercultural relations, formation of civil feelings of representatives of multi-ethnic society of the region. The civil ceremonies combined the traditional elements of festive highland peoples' cultures, both pre-Islamic and Muslim (national dance, fancy/trick riding, horse races, prayers, sacrificial ceremonies) with the all-Russian components of the leisure system (parades, brass bands' concerts, singing of anthems, recitation of verses, charity acts). Synthesis of new trends with the prior forms of socio-normative highland cultures was the most natural form of integration into the all-Russian sociocultural space of the Adyghes, the Abazins, the Nogais. It's essentially that during various mass official ceremonies the representatives of multiethnic regional society of Kuban postulated accurately their belonging to the united family of the peoples of the Russian state, more and more realized and accepted as the common Fatherland.
