Interpersonal conflicts in the cadets’ environment and their resolution

The author examines a range of external and internal factors affecting development of interpersonal conflicts in the cadets’ environment. To decrease their influence it is necessary to include in the programme of cadets’ commanders’ training applied courses of pedagogy, psychology, conflict resolution studies, methods of effective conflict resolution and their pedagogical prevention. The article reveals that cadets’ developed communicative proficiency decreases the interpersonal conflicts rate.
