Interpersonal relationships among the employees of enterprises of different forms of ownership

The author analyses the phenomena of interpersonal relationships in the work team. The factors which form the system of enterprise interpersonal relationships are studied. The article summarizes the results of investigation of parameters of interpersonal relationships among the employees of enterprises of two forms of ownership: state and private. There are significant differences in the indicators of interpersonal relations of employees of different types of ownership’s enterprises. The results of the study can be used for prevention of negative phenomena in the sphere of information security.
