Inter-organizational forms of interaction of the state and cluster participants in the interests of innovative development

The article discusses the cluster mechanism that stimulates and supports innovative development. Based on the analysis of the essence of the cluster, the advantages of its use under the current sanctions are investigated. In the context of solving the problems facing the domestic economy in the field of import substitution, industrial clusters are of particular importance. The authors of the article suggest options for using interorganizational forms of interaction between stakeholders, emphasizing the special importance of the interests of the state. In this regard, based on the characteristics of three types of organizational structures for managing clusters, it is proposed to use a special algorithm that makes it possible to increase the efficiency of creating new and modernizing existing clusters.
