Interregional and inter-municipal integration in the Russian Federation

The development of inter-municipal cooperation in the Russian Federation at all levels is conditioned by the need for effective use of budgetary funds and advanced development of modern infrastructure, as well as the creation of conditions for deepening industrial cooperation. Direct links between business entities based on the development and implementation of joint projects, creation of conditions for attracting investments, infrastructure development, and information support are necessary conditions for building mutually beneficial relations. Contradictions in the legislative regulation of inter-municipal cooperation have been identified, and proposals for their removal have been formulated.
