Inter-regional joint purchases: issues of regulation and directions for improvement

Within the framework of the article, two types of public procurement are analyzed based on materials from the Altai Territory: centralized procurement and joint bidding. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn about the disadvantages and advantages of each type and it was proposed to improve the mechanism for increasing the share of bona fide bidders by introducing a coefficient of trust in the supplier.
