Certain inter-regional relations of the Russian Federation constituent entities with Commonwealth of Independent States

Classification of the Russian Federation constituent entities based on their relations with Commonwealth of Independent States is offered in the article. There are regions which lack such relations; regions with low rating of international activity, with stable international relations and the group of regions with high rating activity. Each group of regions is briefly characterised.
