This article examines the relationship between the various religious organizations in the post-Soviet Buryatia. The study is based on the theory of religious economy - one of the most popular modern methodologies of studying religion. The author considers religious organizations as competing firms supplying the religious product to consumer. In addition, the author studies the effects of state regulation religious market of Buryatia.
