Mythological images in the world musical culture

The issues of myth and music unity research are considered in the article. The author of the article substantiates that all richness of the objective reality, which generates the world of human emotions, finds its reflection in musical discourse with the same extent as it is reflected in the significant system of mythological discourse. Emotionally - conceptual content of a mythological image via mediated embodiment in music represents specific form of cognition and reflection of this world in the process of man spiritual development.
