Migration of barristers after October, 1917 (theoretic-legal aspects)

Purpose: The analysis of the historical and legal phenomenon of migration of barristers after the Revolution of 1917. Methodology: By the author it was used historical and legal and formal-legal methods. Results: In article the conclusion that migration of barristers from Russia in 1917 represented the postrevolutionary process of resettlement of a part of barristers caused by an aggravation of legal nihilism in the state and loss of professional legal status out of borders of the former Russian Empire which is directly not attracting acquisition of the status of the foreign citizen (citizen) and carried out, as a rule, contrary to the established procedure of departure from the Soviet Russia is drawn. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as is one of the first scientific works devoted to the considered problem.
