The migration component of demographic development of Russia

Quantitative and qualitative results of interstate migration of the population of Russia are identified. Periodization of interstate Migration held in Russia for the whole post-Soviet period. It’s identified highlights and results of the State programmers to facilitate the voluntary resettlement of compatriots to the Russian Federation, residing abroad, for 2006-2015.
