The article considers the process of regulating migration flows as a mechanism of personnel policy of authorities in key sectors of the regional economy on the example of the Kamchatka territory, analyzes the migration policy of the region, and considers the subjects of regulating migration processes. The main tools for regulating migration processes and economic efficiency for the economy of the Kamchatka territory are considered.
