Migration processes in Kabardino-Balkarian Republic

The problem of migration processes in Kabardino-Balkarian Republic is considered in the article. Migration is one of the most important problems of contemporary world development, it is not only a simple mechanical movement of people, but a complex process involving many aspects of social, economic, political, ethnic, moral and psychological, religious and spiritual life of different countries and peoples. Migrant’s adaptation to new residences is socially and psychologically very complicated. The success of its solution depends on the optimal combination of many objective and subjective factors. The author believes that among the entire set of social conditions determining the successfulness of solving the problems of migrants adaptation and integration to new residences, it’s important to create conditions for normal relations of local population and migrants. Migration processes in Kabardino-Balkarian Republic influence the economic and social situation of districts and cities of the republic in recent years. The author concludes that the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic needs to bring together efforts of governmental and non-governmental organizations on migration problems solution in social sphere, settlement of relations arising in medical, educational, employment areas, problems of legal regulation of migrant workers and their families residence problems, providing social security of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic population.
