The paper presents data on the changes of the mycological complex of soil contaminated by refinery products. It is described the similarity of fungal communities of uncontaminated and polluted soils wiht different levels of oil hydrocarbon. It is shown that under the influence of anthropogenic stress the development that fungal species, which were tolerant to contamination and able to destroy petroleum hydrocarbons.
