The microbiological peculiarities of purulent process and its effect on the course of the purulent complications of the hand open injuries

The data of the analysis of the bacteriological investigations performed at the stages of treatment of different groups of patients are given in the work, the composition of microflora is shown and also its antibiotic sensitivity. The advantage of the wound primary closure technique is noted, the scheme of antibiotic therapy is determined for patients with purulent complications of the hand open injuries.
